Job Description

Privately funded i-Human Patients, Inc. is developing a high performance cloud-based multimedia case authoring and playback system for medical education and training. Like a flight simulator for doctors, our software platform simulates a complete medical patient visit with animated avatars, human physiology and pathophysiology modeling, virtual histopathology and 3D anatomy, all for the purpose of improving students’ diagnostic reasoning skills and patient outcomes. This is active e-learning at the cutting edge, going well beyond present-day Massive Open Online Course.

i-Human Patients is seeking the assistance of an entry level product specialist in the greater Wenatchee area. A product specialist wears many different hats as they work to ensure a smooth process between multiple departments in the company. I-Human Patients is growing rapidly and through this position you will have the opportunity to grow into the field that best compliments your education and expertise. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will be working to build our client base and expand our product line into the curriculum of medical education institutes. Position is part time to start, working remotely.   Future potential for full time with benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of contact and account information into Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) including:
    • Entering new data from inquiries, tradeshows and other sources
    • Update existing contact and account records
    • Research school and hospital sites for more complete information about curriculum, programs and contacts to assist our sales team
  • Research emails for lead generation of current and future product market.
  • Assist in project managing sales events, including:
    • Research potential sales events and tradeshows where products gain the most interest for lead generation.
    • Book events for potential vendor/exhibiting opportunities.
    • Order services for events (carpet, electric, internet, etc…), obtaining discounts when available, prior to deadline to maximize benefits at the best cost for IHP.
    • Organize data for events such as housing, dining and meeting or site visit opportunities.
  • Assist Accounting Team in reviewing monthly expense reports
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned that could include:
    • Assigning of leads in Sales Force from inquiries received
    • Proofread messages for brevity, spelling and grammatical errors.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to learn Sales Force and conform to our processes for data entry and use
  • Must be able to learn territories and markets that are assigned to each Sales Manager
  • Minimum of two years college course work
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments under set deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Position works remotely and would require a reliable internet connection

Desired Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Salesforce (or similar) CRM knowledge beneficial but not required.
  • Experience making travel arrangements a plus
  • Marketing experience would be a plus
  • Medical course work or other knowledge would be beneficial
